If you’re looking for a simple, nourishing way to start your day, these high-protein overnight oats are a go-to. Creamy, satisfying, and easy to prep ahead, this recipe combines balanced nutrition with convenience—making it ideal for busy mornings or anyone focused on staying consistent with their routine.

At the core of this recipe is a combination of rolled oats and Greek yoghurt, providing a mix of complex carbohydrates and protein. The addition of protein powder helps boost overall protein intake, while chia seeds contribute fibre and healthy fats. Together, these ingredients create a well-rounded option.

One of the biggest benefits of overnight oats is how effortless they are to prepare. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep time, you can have multiple servings ready to go by morning. Simply mix everything together, let it sit overnight, and you’ll wake up to a thick, creamy texture that’s ready to enjoy.

These overnight oats are also highly customisable. Enjoy them as-is, or add your favourite toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavour.
