Green Goblin Dip is a festive Halloween appetiser without artificial colourings. White beans, spinach and nutritional yeast are blended into a vibrant green dip, finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
It is an easy way to add more vegetables to a Halloween party spread.

Ingredients
- 360 g cooked white beans, rinsed
- 60 g nutritional yeast
- 2 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 90 g spinach
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp balsamic reduction or maple syrup
- 120 ml water or milk (or unsweetened plant-based alternative), for thinning
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables for dipping, such as carrots and cherry tomatoes.
