These air fryer cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The hot air of the air fryer crisps the edges with only a little oil, making them a flavourful snack or appetiser and an easy way to eat more vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Trim the cauliflower and cut into 3–5 cm pieces. Place in a large bowl.
- Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
- Toss the cauliflower with the oil, then add the seasoning mix and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C for 5 minutes.
- Air fry the cauliflower at 200 °C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket 2–3 times for even browning.
- Serve straight away.
